Why we built it
Feedback usually arrives as a screenshot with no context, a one-line “it’s broken”, or the same issue reported a hundred times. Teams then spend their week reproducing, deduping and re-typing it into a tracker. We thought the boring part should be automatic — and that the AI doing it should always show its work, so engineers can trust the result. So we built one loop: capture, understand with evidence, dedupe, route, and tell the reporter when it’s fixed.

Is my data isolated from other customers?+
Yes. Every team’s data is sealed off at the database with Postgres row-level security, enforced on every request, with role-based access control on top.
Can I bring my own AI, or run the cheap path only?+
Both. The default path uses local embeddings, heuristics and OCR with no external calls. Full AI (vision + LLM) is optional and only runs when the cheap path is unsure and your plan includes it.
